Skyrim Together server hosting

Skyrim Together is a community-made, open-source mod that adds online co-op to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, so you and your friends can explore, fight and complete quests together in the same game.

Run a dedicated server so your group can adventure through Skyrim together any time, without anyone hosting from their own PC. Keep it private with a password, set the difficulty, and choose whether players can fight each other.

Skyrim Together servers start at 1 GB, and the configurator suggests 2 GB for 1-4 players. Our presets are 4 GB for 5-8 players and 8 GB for 8 or more. The Skyrim Together team recommends playing with 2 to 8 people. You can upgrade at any time.

Each player needs Skyrim Special Edition (version 1.6.x) on Steam and the Skyrim Together Reborn mod installed, on Windows. The Anniversary Upgrade isn't required. Console, VR, Legendary Edition, Epic Games and Game Pass versions aren't supported, so only PC players can join.

In game, press F2 or Right-Ctrl to open the Skyrim Together menu and choose Connect. Enter yourname.play.octopuscloud.org:PORT as the address and the server password from your dashboard.

Yes. Every server gets a generated password, shown on your dashboard, so only players you share it with can join. Password-protected servers don't appear on the in-game server list, so share the address and port directly.

Yes. Set difficulty (Novice to Legendary), PvP, XP sync, gold loss on death, NPC greetings, the server name and more in your control panel's Startup settings, then restart the server. Players' mod version must match the server's; the default is the latest release, and you can pin a version such as 1.8.3 in Startup settings.

Yes. Email support@octopuscloud.org (we aim to reply within a few hours) or ask in our Discord community. Your dashboard shows everything players need to connect, and the control panel gives you a live console, file manager and backups.

Yes. Change RAM, storage, backups, the CPU boost, the hardware tier or the billing cycle from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Switching between DDR4 Budget and DDR5 Premium moves your server to the new hardware for you.

Choose RAM and hardware above and check out. Your server is set up automatically, and you'll find its address, port and password on your dashboard.

Setup starts automatically right after checkout. The first start downloads the Skyrim Together server files, so it can take several minutes before players can join; you can follow the progress in the control panel console.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. There's no contract: cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep your server until the end of the period you've paid for. If you think you were charged in error, email support@octopuscloud.org and we'll review it in good faith.

Your server keeps running until the end of your paid period. After that we keep it and its backups for 30 days, and you can still download your files. Resubscribe within that window and everything is restored as it was. After 30 days it's permanently deleted.
