ARK: Survival Ascended server hosting

ARK: Survival Ascended is Studio Wildcard's Unreal Engine 5 remake of ARK: Survival Evolved, released in 2023. You survive on islands full of dinosaurs and creatures, tame and ride them, and build bases with your tribe.

Play privately with your tribe, run a community PvE or PvP server, add CurseForge mods, pick the map and player limit, and let PC and console players play together.

ASA servers start at 11 GB, and the configurator suggests 12 GB for a small tribe. Larger tribes, bigger maps and heavier mod lists benefit from 16 GB or more.

Yes. Crossplay lets PC and console (Xbox, PlayStation) players join the same server.

Add the CurseForge mod IDs in the Startup settings of your server's control panel, then restart the server.

Pick the map in Startup settings: The Island, The Center, Scorched Earth, Ragnarok, Aberration, Extinction, Astraeos and more.

Search the in-game server list for your server's name (its subdomain) and enter the password from your dashboard.

Yes. Email support@octopuscloud.org (we aim to reply within a few hours) or ask in our Discord community. Your dashboard shows everything players need to connect, and the control panel gives you a live console, file manager and backups.

Yes. Change RAM, storage, backups, the CPU boost, the hardware tier or the billing cycle from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Switching between DDR4 Budget and DDR5 Premium moves your server to the new hardware for you.

Choose RAM and hardware above and check out. Your server is set up automatically, and you'll find its address, port and password on your dashboard.

Setup starts automatically right after checkout. The first start downloads the ARK: Survival Ascended server files, so it can take several minutes before players can join; you can follow the progress in the control panel console.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. There's no contract: cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep your server until the end of the period you've paid for. If you think you were charged in error, email support@octopuscloud.org and we'll review it in good faith.

Your server keeps running until the end of your paid period. After that we keep it and its backups for 30 days, and you can still download your files. Resubscribe within that window and everything is restored as it was. After 30 days it's permanently deleted.
